How to shop at KOVE

KOVE offers four ways to bring fine diamonds and gold into your life. All four share the same secure checkout, payment options, and shipping conditions described below. 1. Browse our jewelry collection. Curated rings, earrings, bracelets, and pendants. Most pieces are made to order for you by our partner goldsmiths and inspected by the founder in Prague — you choose gold colour, stone, ring size, and optional engraving. 2. Design your own ring with the configurator. Start from a base model, choose every detail (gold purity and colour, centre stone), preview live, and submit when you're ready. 3. Buy a unique loose stone. Natural or lab-grown diamonds with full grading certificates (GIA, IGI, and others). Each stone is uniquely identified and reserved for you when you purchase. 4. Buy a mini-diamond parcel. Round mini diamonds in lab and natural variants, sold by carat — perfect for jewellers, restorations, or anyone setting their own pieces. Parcels start at 0.5 ct.

Payment

Orders are paid 100% in advance. Where the product page offers it, you can instead pay 30% now and 70% before dispatch — directly with us, no credit check. At checkout you choose: • Card payment — instant, processed by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods Stripe offers in your country). Card details never reach our servers. After payment, your order is confirmed and moves into production / dispatch immediately. • Klarna (pay in 3) — offered at the card payment step where Klarna supports your country and the order amount. Klarna decides on approval. • Bank transfer — we email you a proforma invoice with our bank details, the exact amount, and a unique payment reference. CZK orders settle to our crown account, EUR orders to our euro account. Your order is confirmed when payment arrives. For larger amounts, card payment and Klarna may not be available (on the product page: above €5,000 per payment); you then receive a proforma invoice for bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of payment. Apart from the 70% balance when you choose the 30/70 option, we never ask for additional payment after the order is placed; the only exceptions are AML identity verification on orders at or above €10,000 (a one-time document check) and customs charges for non-EU deliveries (collected by the courier) — except Switzerland, where the Swiss import VAT and customs charges are billed to our shipping account, not to you.

Processing time

The moment payment clears, we begin processing. You receive an email when processing starts and another with tracking when your order ships. • Rings and other made-to-order jewelry from our collection & configurator orders — made to order for you by our partner goldsmiths and inspected by the founder in Prague. Ready to ship within 21 business days of payment — often sooner. With the 30/70 option the time runs from the 30% deposit, and the piece ships once the balance is paid. • Tennis bracelets and Essentials earrings — the dispatch window is shown for each option: 5–7 business days for the faster options, otherwise made and dispatched in 25–32 business days. • Unique loose stones — when payment arrives we immediately reserve the stone with our supplier. If confirmed available, dispatch within 3–7 business days. If no longer available, we contact you to offer a comparable alternative or a full refund. • Mini-diamond parcels — sourced from supplier inventory after payment. Typical dispatch: 3–7 business days.

Shipping

We ship to addresses within the European Union and selected international destinations. High-value shipments — particularly loose stones and rings with significant centre stones — are sent with insured handling appropriate to the order value. • Within Czech Republic — typically 1–2 business days after dispatch. • Within EU — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. • International (outside EU) — typically 7–14 business days after dispatch. Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly stated otherwise. Switzerland is the exception: the carrier clears the parcel, and the Swiss import VAT and customs charges are billed to our shipping account, not to you — nothing is collected on delivery. When tracking is available for your shipment, the courier code is sent to you by email and visible on your order detail page.
